— 01 Manifesto

A roof isn't structure. It's the first line between your family and the sky.

We started in 1963, during the Kennedy administration, with a pickup truck and the conviction that South Florida deserved a roofer it could trust. Three generations later, we still do the same patient work: laying one careful layer between the weather and the people you love.

We don't sell estimates over the phone. We show up, climb up, measure, and photograph. Then we walk you through exactly what we found, what needs to happen, and what it costs — with the honesty of a company that knows every customer is also a neighbor.

I.

III.

What the
neighborhood says.

Pesto Demo has done excellent work for me over the years — both for my business and most recently for my home. Professional, on time, and honest with pricing.
★★★★★ Carlos R. Miami Lakes · Customer since 2014
I called on a Sunday about a hurricane leak and they were on my roof in under two hours with the tarp. By Monday the crew was working. That's real service.
★★★★★ Maria G. Hialeah · Post-storm emergency
They inspected the roof before I closed on the house. The report was detailed, with photos, and helped me negotiate $X,XXX off with the seller. Highly recommended.

— 08 Questions

The ones we get asked
the most.

If your question isn't here, just call. We answer in person at +1 XXX XXX XXXX.

  • It depends on the material. A properly installed asphalt shingle roof lasts 15 to 20 years in Florida's climate. Tile roofs last 30 to 50 years, and metal 40 to 70. Sun exposure, hurricanes, and maintenance all affect lifespan. An annual inspection helps you get every year possible out of it.

  • Yes. Every installation comes with a written warranty. The manufacturer's warranty covers the materials (typically 20 to 50 years depending on the product), and we provide a workmanship warranty that covers anything related to the install.

  • The cost depends on size, material, and complexity. Pricing varies widely based on roof area, pitch, and material selection. We provide free, detailed written estimates with no obligation so you know exactly what to expect.

  • We're available 24/7. We recommend photographing the damage, placing a temporary tarp to prevent further leaks, and calling us immediately. We help you with the insurance claim too — including documentation and meeting your adjuster on-site.

  • Yes. We have extensive experience with storm, hurricane, and hail damage claims. We meet your adjuster on-site, provide detailed estimates, and make sure you receive the coverage you're entitled to.

  • Yes — in Miami-Dade all roofing work requires a permit. We handle the entire permit and inspection process for you. We know the local code and HVHZ (High Velocity Hurricane Zone) requirements inside out.

  • We recommend a professional inspection at least once a year, ideally before hurricane season (May–June). It's also smart to check after any major storm. Regular maintenance catches small problems before they turn into expensive ones.
